Tim Manley is the creator of The Feels.

Charlie is a lonely bi guy trying to figure out what to do with all these emotions. A newly cohabitating triad—S, Nina, and Lenny—contend with the logistics of polyamory, resurfaced traumas, and the daily realities of life on the borderlines. Ife and K, first-generation childhood friends, decide to honor a decades-old pact to give love a shot given singledom at thirty-five.

These stories are just some of the intimate, honest depictions of everyday life in The Feels. Tim’s true stories have been featured on The Moth Radio Hour, SXSW EDU, and in his 2015 FringeFAVE solo show, Feelings: Because why pretend the show is about anything else? He is the writer-illustrator of 2013’s Alice in Tumblr-land: And Other Fairy Tales for a New Generation. A former high school English teacher at School of the Future, Tim now leads storytelling workshops with The Moth’s EDU program, Catapult, and elsewhere. As the storytelling coach for NYC’s Showcase Schools program, he helped over seventy principals tell true stories about their work in education.

Tim lives in New York City with his family.
